Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee client LinkedIn inboxes and ensure timely responses to incoming direct messages.

• Facilitate client onboarding by identifying their target demographics, objectives, and effective past messaging strategies.

• Develop and manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns aimed at eliciting responses and securing appointments.

• Administer LinkedIn accounts and assist with ongoing outreach initiatives.

• Track campaign performance and follow up with potential leads.

• Relay campaign updates and pertinent client information via the designated workspace or chat application.

• Complete training specific to each client on LinkedIn outreach software and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing LinkedIn accounts and conducting outreach campaigns.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Exceptional written English communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Experience in lead generation and appointment-setting initiatives.

• Capability to respond swiftly to incoming messages.

• Comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn outreach and messaging tactics.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple client accounts effectively.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of a minimum of 10 Mbps.

• Proficient in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Familiarity with the client's LinkedIn outreach software.

• Access to a workspace/chat communication application.

• Availability between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM PST.
