Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Address inbound inquiries and perform outbound follow-up calls within specified deadlines

• Clarify the process for annual property tax appeal authorization

• Manage communications with VIP clients

• Detect opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Solicit feedback from customers

• Oversee authorization-form workflows and ensure smooth operation of automated campaigns

• Conduct manual follow-ups with clients who do not respond

• Produce, prepare, and verify annual property tax appeal authorization forms for accuracy and completeness

• Upload, categorize, and organize documents within the internal CRM system

• Update client records and proactively address data discrepancies

• Assist with file organization during slower operational periods

• Complete extensive onboarding, which includes making outbound sales calls to pre-qualified leads before moving to client retention

⛳️ Requirements

• C1 level of English is required; must speak exclusively in English throughout the entire shift

• Commitment to this role is essential; no dual employment allowed

• Proficient in navigating CRM platforms and workflow automation tools

• Strong skills in document management, including PDF creation, data merging, and organized file systems

• Experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions and calls

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage high-volume, cyclical administrative tasks

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Capability to balance customer service, administrative duties, and time-sensitive follow-ups

• Professional demeanor, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, client retention, inside sales, or administrative support is preferred

• Familiarity with property tax appeals, real estate, or related service industries is advantageous
