This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for designated accounts within a specific territory.

• Provide strategic sales guidance and communication approaches to protect current business and acquire new opportunities.

• Execute business and marketing strategies for assigned accounts in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Foster growth in the designated territory and enhance wallet share.

• Achieve sales targets, including profitable growth year-over-year.

• Expand business with both existing and prospective accounts through networking and prospecting.

• Oversee account complexities and relay customer requirements internally.

• Facilitate and support significant business negotiations.

• Cultivate trusted customer relationships and foster collaborative interactions across leadership, marketing, and R&D.

• Assist with commercialization and onboarding initiatives.

• Network with co-packers, machinery suppliers, OEMs, and industry associations.

• Coordinate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and customer trials.

• Manage accounts receivable with support from the credit department.

• Identify actions to address strategic unmet customer needs.

• Collaborate across functions on the implementation of market and segment strategies.

• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management reviews.

• Enhance forecast accuracy.

• Share insights on competition, marketing tactics, pricing strategies, and product performance.

• Oversee account planning, pipeline management, profitability enhancements, and churn management utilizing the CRM tool.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.

• Experience in a large-scale business-to-business setting.

• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.

• Proficient in negotiation practices.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.

• Must comply with United States employment authorization requirements.
