This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Propel growth by overseeing full-cycle sales, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Create engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively address client goals and concerns.
• Formulate strategic account plans aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Keep accurate pipeline data, forecast revenue, and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Partner with our VP of Sales to develop our sales strategy and growth initiatives.
• Share ongoing customer feedback as a key input for our engineering roadmaps.
• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive with a demonstrated ability to hunt and secure new deals.
• Background in early-stage startups (<50 employees) or as a founding/early sales team member, and/or experience in Hardware, capital equipment, or physical product sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficient in pipeline management.
• Excellent consultative selling abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, legal reviews, and contractual processes.
• A successful history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets in previous positions.
• Comfortable selling a complex, AI-driven product and adept at translating technical features into customer benefits.
• Willing to travel and work on-site up to 50% of the time.
