This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee the management, coordination, and execution of various account-based sales strategies within targeted accounts.
• Implement and optimize all initiatives at the account level and pull-through strategies as required.
• Handle all facets of total account management, including the development and maintenance of strategic business relationships with key decision makers.
• Design, execute, and communicate both strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts.
• Track progress and deliver written and verbal feedback to all stakeholders involved.
• Cultivate contacts and relationships with key stakeholders across a wide range of functions and management levels.
• Proven sales experience (minimum of 5 years) is essential, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market, including current trends and issues; experience in GI is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of account management and the role of an account executive, along with strong sales and customer partnership skills.
• A high level of strategic, analytical, and technical expertise is also required.
• Capability to function within a matrix organization and effectively communicate and coordinate with all members of the AbbVie selling team.
• Valid driver’s license: Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and comply with safe driving standards.
• Must meet all relevant healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain access to assigned facilities and organizations.
