This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Acquire new enterprise clients in the AEC sector and enhance existing accounts throughout Canada and the U.S.
β’ Market AI services and applied AI solutions to C-suite executives (COO, CTO, CFO) and key leaders in Pre-Construction, Project Controls, and VDC.
β’ Manage the entire sales process: sourcing, qualifying, navigating intricate multi-stakeholder agreements, and closing deals.
β’ Implement MEDDIC and Challenger methodologies β not just as buzzwords, but as integral parts of your sales approach.
β’ Collaborate with AltaML's delivery and solutions teams to ensure successful implementation of what you sell.
β’ Play a key role in shaping AltaML's go-to-market strategy in the AEC sector as one of its pioneering voices.
β’ Extensive experience in selling enterprise technology specifically within the AEC industry (Construction Tech / ConTech is essential).
β’ A well-established executive network β you have the ability to engage decision-makers without cold outreach.
β’ A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing a $2M+ annual sales quota.
β’ Proficiency in MEDDIC and Challenger sales methodologies.
β’ Capability to conduct sales across borders β both Canada and the U.S. are included.
