This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to position Premium Title Services as a premier provider in the refinance sector.
• Utilize existing partnerships with Altisource to discover and target high-value refinance opportunities.
• Engage in thorough prospecting, cold calling, and activities to build relationships.
• Present consultative, value-driven sales presentations.
• Create and execute effective sales cadences and follow-up tactics.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams at Altisource.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to produce engaging sales materials.
• Comply with and adhere to RESPA guidelines.
• 2-5 years of demonstrated success in title and settlement sales.
• Proven capability to seek out new business with effective cold-calling techniques.
• An established book of business in origination title and settlement.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Consultative, value-oriented sales methodology.
• Strong understanding of RESPA compliance regulations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Solid grasp of title and settlement technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate ecosystem and current market dynamics.
