This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee commercial business development with FoodChain ID’s key strategic prospects
• Achieve double-digit annual growth across designated accounts
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals
• Engage with executive stakeholders to build relationships and secure new business
• Enhance customer engagement across all service lines offered by FoodChain ID
• Lead customer meetings and demonstrations alongside relevant internal experts
• Represent FoodChain ID at industry events and trade association gatherings
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on strategic initiatives
• Generate new business opportunities with alliance partners and cultivate essential relationships
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to internal teams
• Collect and deliver Voice of the Client feedback to enhance offerings and services
• Present to internal leadership, clients, and industry organizations
• Identify challenges and changes in customer environments and address them proactively
• Maintain precise tracking and reporting in Salesforce for all opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new logos
• Demonstrated history of closing complex deals valued at $100K+ in both ARR and NRR
• Experience in Process Manufacturing Product Lifecycle Management
• Background in selling SaaS products and services
• Relevant experience with clients in the food and beverage industry
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Comprehensive understanding of lead generation, qualification, and closing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
