This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform high-volume outbound prospecting, making 80β100 calls daily.
β’ Oversee and cultivate leads throughout the entire outreach process using HubSpot CRM.
β’ Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers.
β’ Schedule 5β7 qualified appointments weekly for the sales team.
β’ Implement multi-channel outreach sequences that include professional email follow-ups and social selling.
β’ Navigate objections, work with gatekeepers, and effectively communicate the value of our direct placement services.
β’ Keep detailed records of all activities and interactions with prospects in the CRM.
β’ At least 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR specifically in the Staffing industry.
β’ Direct placement sales experience is essential (this position focuses on sales, not recruiting).
β’ Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass KPIs and appointment-setting goals.
β’ Must reside in the US and be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
β’ Advanced skills in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools such as Apollo.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities in English with quick thinking skills for cold calls.
β’ Experience in lead generation and managing intricate email sequences.
β’ A resilient attitude with a strong capacity to handle rejection.
β’ Background in refining or enhancing sales processes in an evolving business landscape.
β’ Familiarity with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models.
