This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Drive revenue growth as an individual contributor for large enterprise accounts.
β’ Build a pipeline and achieve targets for license, support, and service revenue.
β’ Create a vision and strategy for long-term pipeline development.
β’ Consistently meet revenue targets and deadlines.
β’ Secure, adopt, expand, and enhance sales opportunities within client organizations.
β’ Strengthen relationships and manage complex deals across various business stakeholders.
β’ Leverage channel relationships to discover and pursue new opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with teams and offer timely input to corporate functions.
β’ Acquire knowledge in machine learning and predictive analytics to aid customer interactions.
β’ Over 5 years of direct sales experience in selling enterprise software to large enterprise clients.
β’ Proven experience in developing and implementing business plans for a designated territory, account portfolio, or customer base.
β’ Demonstrated ability to measure progress towards goals and address challenges.
β’ Experience in building a sales pipeline and achieving targets in a fast-evolving business environment.
β’ Preferred: background in software related to IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with subscription, SaaS, or cloud software.
β’ Preferred: experience in new business development with prospects and clients within a defined territory.
β’ Preferred: experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and applying active listening during customer interactions.
β’ Preferred: knowledge of target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
β’ Preferred: understanding of Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies.
β’ Must be able to work remotely from the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
