This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Responsible for generating revenue, enhancing attach rates, and attracting new clients for a diverse clientele that includes SMBs, Startups, and Digital Natives.
• Formulate your territory strategy and spearhead outbound outreach initiatives to establish a solid, qualified BaaS pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitate discussions with both existing and potential BaaS clients.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the sales process and competitive landscape for Stripe Issuing, Capital, & Treasury, positioning yourself as both an internal and customer-facing authority in these product areas.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to collect and communicate customer insights and findings that will shape Stripe’s product roadmap.
• Assist in the creation of go-to-market playbooks in partnership with product, marketing, sales, and technical services teams.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to influence Stripe’s products and solutions to align with customer requirements.
• Over 10 years of customer-facing experience in a leading technology or payments company, with a proven record of exceptional performance.
• Background in establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior business executives.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently to achieve significant business outcomes.
• A proactive “roll up your sleeves” approach.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to comprehend intricate technical requirements and devise solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations concerning customized commercial agreements.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
• A true team player at all times.
• A good sense of humor is highly appreciated.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in selling payments or banking solutions.
