This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead the strategic growth of Neo4j’s presence in India by leveraging revenue opportunities through GSIs.
• Collaborate to generate new enterprise revenue by integrating Neo4j into the AI and Advanced Analytics practices of GSIs.
• Create detailed GSI territory and account strategies for the Indian market.
• Take ownership of GSI-sourced and partner-influenced revenue objectives, overseeing deal structuring, conversion, and forecasting within Salesforce.com.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to facilitate partner-driven opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in surpassing sales quotas while selling technical solutions, cloud platforms, or enterprise data software with Tier-1 Global System Integrators (GSIs) and major Indian integrators.
• A proven ability to establish a partner-driven sales pipeline from the ground up, with experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles (e.g., MEDDPICC) in resource-limited environments.
• Experience in executing intricate enterprise co-sell and sell-through strategies in collaboration with GSI client partners, practice leaders, and enterprise field sales teams.
• Proficient in presenting to and managing relationships with C-level executives and technical practice leaders across GSI competency centers.
• Fluent in English, as this role necessitates extensive collaboration with global leadership and regional APAC stakeholders.
