This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the activities and processes that enable the sales organization to meet its business goals.
• Function independently while adhering to established Commercial policies or guidelines.
• Offer technical support to Sales and Commercial Operations teams.
• Collaborate on technical proposals, ensuring they align with requirements.
• Monitor opportunity status and liaise with sales managers for customer communications.
• Assist in fulfilling business objectives from GEV business units.
• Engage in bid meetings and present technical information.
• Recognize and address technical risks involved in projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from an accredited university or college in a relevant business field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a commercial, engineering, or technical sales role.
• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30% of the time).
• Technical proficiency in Automation/Power Electronics Engineering.
• Familiarity with power balancing concepts.
• Knowledge of Energy Storage Systems applicable to Datacenters.
• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven history of achieving results and leading projects or bids.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
• Solid business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate with other GE Vernova departments.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an added advantage.
