This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Creating impactful experiences for Owners, members, and guests.
• Contributing to the organization's success and the sales distribution platform by effectively implementing sales techniques and processes.
• Tailoring the sales experience to meet the unique needs and preferences of each prospective owner.
• Ensuring all documentation and legally required forms are completed by managing the sales contract process.
• Nurturing customer relationships post-sale to guarantee ongoing owner satisfaction.
• Timely addressing and overseeing the resolution of inquiries from customers and Owners.
• At least 2 years of on-site timeshare sales experience with proven performance outcomes.
• Must reside in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina.
• Must hold an active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license for one of the specified states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams, is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of timeshare sales experience within the last 2 years is required.
• Dependability, strong presentation skills, a positive demeanor, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, and integrity are essential.
• Strong customer service orientation, ability to engage with diverse populations, teamwork, and influence skills are necessary.
• Proficient listening skills, English language proficiency, and applied reading abilities are required.
• Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday, including mornings and evenings.
• This role may necessitate a background check and/or drug screening, contingent upon company policy and state and local regulations.
