This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Spearhead new business development efforts by recognizing and engaging potential organizations within designated territories and geographic areas, while effectively conveying TRANSFR’s mission and value proposition.
• Identify, educate, qualify, and nurture opportunities within new strategic accounts.
• Create customized and value-oriented proposals that align customer requirements with TRANSFR solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships to recognize and enhance upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Examine regional workforce and labor market trends to pinpoint gaps between employer demand and current training infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to bolster campaign strategies, execution, and optimization through market feedback and customer insights.
• Assist in post-sale activities including contract integration, change management, governance processes, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Address inbound inquiries with promptness, professionalism, and a focus on long-term relationship building.
• Oversee deal timelines, monitor milestones, and keep precise activity records within the CRM system.
• Act as a consultative partner to customers by understanding their challenges, articulating solution value, and identifying early adopters.
• Collect feedback from customers and prospects to guide product development and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, contributing actively within a rapidly growing team environment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in generating new business SaaS sales.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 50% of the time).
• Proven history of building and prospecting a personal sales pipeline with a proactive, hunter mentality, without solely depending on inbound leads.
• Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Established ability to forge and maintain long-term customer relationships with strong retention results.
• Strong consultative sales experience with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Practical working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Slack.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
