This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.
β’ Oversee relationships with existing Civitech clients, facilitating regular strategic discussions to uncover further opportunities and guarantee client satisfaction.
β’ Create and implement a business development/prospecting strategy for your designated territory.
β’ Perform industry analysis, pinpoint market trends, best practices, and utilize referrals to discover potential clients.
β’ Formulate tailored outreach plans to engage and attract prospects.
β’ Establish and sustain a robust pipeline throughout the territory while accurately predicting deal values and timelines.
β’ Lead in-depth discussions with prospects to assess their needs and align the advantages of your solution.
β’ Participate in both virtual and in-person events within the progressive ecosystem.
β’ Work with the broader sales team on opportunities, adopting a consultant-like role.
β’ Record all sales activities and client interactions in HubSpot, prioritizing data integrity.
β’ Additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record as an individual sales contributor, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
β’ Demonstrated success in prospecting, identifying, and closing opportunities through your outreach efforts via Sales Navigator, email, in-person, and virtual networking (75%), while also managing inbound marketing leads (25%).
β’ Proven ability to manage 45 or more active opportunities simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in executing a sales process within a solution sales methodology.
β’ Capable of conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
β’ Experienced in selling within a committee-driven environment that involves multiple cross-functional decision-makers.
β’ Enjoys working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
β’ Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
β’ Dedicated to utilizing technology and data products to support Democratic candidates in running for office and achieving victory, empowering progressive causes, and enhancing civic engagement.
