• Identify, pitch, and successfully secure new accounts to enhance territory and increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with current partners to encourage product adoption, repeat orders, and client loyalty.
• Educate providers on products, treatment protocols, and outcomes to ensure their confidence and achieve consistent results.
• Strategize and implement territory plans to optimize revenue, enhance visibility, and penetrate the market effectively.
• Keep a precise sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics, and proactively oversee opportunities.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in Salesforce; ensure timely reporting and adherence to corporate protocols.
• Represent HydroPeptide with professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm at all client touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to facilitate product launches, promotional campaigns, and events.
• 3–5+ years of experience in professional skincare or medical aesthetics, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Established relationships with accounts and decision-makers, ready to deliver immediate results.
• Extensive knowledge of treatments, protocols, and products to educate and persuade providers.
• Proficient in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive landscape.
• Capable of planning and executing territory strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and utilizing metrics to enhance performance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms—ensures accurate record-keeping, forecasting, and reporting.
• Quickly builds trust with providers, partners, and internal teams.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident in presenting, demonstrating, and educating clients.
• Ability to manage extended periods of sitting and screen time.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in booth setup and breakdown and stand for up to 8 hours on your feet.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for events and tradeshows.
