This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Drive the acquisition of new business to consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Engage and prospect cold accounts, which will contribute to 40% of your monthly objective.
• Conduct meaningful discovery calls to uncover and address potential customers' business challenges and aspirations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Lattice products and their positioning within the industry to aid customers in assessing our solutions.
• Successfully onboard 6-12 new customers each quarter, playing a key role in our rapid expansion.
• Excel in a fast-paced startup environment that is undergoing significant growth and transformation.
• A proven history of generating new business and exceeding sales goals.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS with a robust sales background.
• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS & Payroll, along with a thorough understanding of these systems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
