Account Executive – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client projects.

• Ensure quality control for deliverables and materials provided to clients.

• Initiate and synchronize creative brief details between clients and internal teams.

• Organize and take part in content planning meetings.

• Oversee individual client project assignments and their timely delivery.

• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review processes.

• Create timelines and communicate milestones with the Project Management team.

• Implement projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets.

• Identify potential project risks and proactively notify the team.

• Record client interactions, contact reports, and outline next steps.

• Prepare materials for both internal and external client meetings.

• Contribute to client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasting reports.

• Monitor direct and labor costs while identifying any out-of-scope items.

• Provide status updates and financial reports to clients.

• Participate in internal project-status meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communication, or a related industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% if required.

• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring employer sponsorship.
