This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete new business cycle across North America (AEC firms), from initial prospecting to final close.
• Develop a robust pipeline through targeted outreach to architects, engineers, and specifiers utilizing multi-channel strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, and events).
• Transform inbound interest into opportunities while proactively creating demand.
• Engage with Principals, Spec Writers, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, BIM Managers, Technologists, and C-level executives.
• Assess specification workflows, identify inefficiencies, and pinpoint risk areas.
• Present outcome-driven demonstrations showcasing faster specification writing, minimized RFIs, and enhanced coordination, including integration with Autodesk Revit through our Specification Plugin.
• Establish the relationship between specifications, BIM models, and project delivery.
• Construct ROI-focused business cases.
• Ensure pipeline accuracy and uphold CRM hygiene.
• Provide accurate forecasting and maintain transparent communication.
• Shape go-to-market messaging and positioning.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Content, and Marketing teams.
• 3–7+ years of experience in B2B new business sales (preferably in SaaS, ConTech, or AEC).
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and successfully close deals.
• Strong skills in discovery and handling objections.
• Capability to comprehend and map AEC workflows.
• Established credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in selling new products or categories.
• High degree of accountability and a commercial mindset.
• Familiarity with specifications, BIM, or construction workflows is advantageous.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
• Uncapped commission structure linked to performance.
