This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the sales cycle for both new and expansion business, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to follow-up, negotiation, and closure.

• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent engagement, well-defined next steps, and disciplined follow-through.

• Foster and develop customer relationships with orthodontic practices.

• Recognize upsell and expansion opportunities within current accounts.

• Represent Gaidge at orthodontic trade shows and industry events.

• Establish connections with prospects and customers, generate new leads, and follow up on leads generated from events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer expectations and ensure smooth transitions from sale to onboarding.

• Achieve assigned sales quotas for both new customers and expansion business.

• Enhance funnel conversion rates and win-rate performance throughout various stages of the sales process.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the orthodontic industry is essential.

• Familiarity with orthodontic practice operations is necessary.

• Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, practice leaders, and team members.

• Proven capability to lead discovery conversations, conduct product demonstrations, and engage in consultative sales discussions.

• Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.

• Proven track record of progressing opportunities, addressing objections, building customer relationships, and closing sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and other customer-facing events as required.

• SaaS experience is advantageous, especially in a customer-facing sales or account management role.
