This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for the designated territory, encompassing prospecting, initial outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and sustain a qualified opportunity pipeline, effectively balancing incoming warm leads with proactive outbound efforts.
• Conduct in-person meetings and customized demonstrations that align Flipdish’s value proposition with the commercial and operational goals of customers.
• Identify pain points, create consultative business cases, and suggest appropriate solutions and commercial arrangements.
• Navigate intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders, manage objections, and progress opportunities in a professional manner.
• Challenge suboptimal decisions and advocate for improved operational strategies.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly new business objectives.
• Maintain a high-quality, well-forecasted pipeline with clearly defined next steps and robust stage conversion rates.
• Close deals with a good fit and facilitate smooth onboarding, minimizing churn risk and ensuring clear customer outcomes.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in field sales or territory management.
• Demonstrated capability to generate your own outbound pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Proficient in conducting consultative discussions, asking pertinent questions, actively listening, and linking product value to business results.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; skilled in territory planning, time management, and independent follow-up.
• Commercially astute and comfortable discussing pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
• Experience in the restaurant sector or with restaurant technology, particularly selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized restaurants, would be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of closing mid-market or multi-site opportunities would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with POS systems, online ordering, loyalty programs, or restaurant operations tools would be a plus.
