Account Executive – Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create detailed sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets

• Recognize and prioritize opportunities with both existing and prospective customers or partners

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and partners while building a strong sales pipeline

• Develop and convey up-to-date sales forecasts

• Maintain records of customer account details, opportunities, commitments, conversations, visits, and sales calls in the CRM system

• Collaborate with sales solution engineers to design and present software demonstrations

• Grasp best practices, market dynamics, and the business and technical needs of customers

• Seek out company growth and integration opportunities

• Evaluate the viability of RFPs and contribute to the development of responses

• Participate in and contribute to trade shows

• Formulate account closing strategies and assist in negotiation and contracting processes

• Adhere to corporate privacy and data security regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required

• Proven experience as an Account Manager

• Solid understanding of sales within a relevant technology solution or assigned industry

• Proficient in opportunity management and account planning tools

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with CRM platforms for recording and managing customer account information

• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with various teams

• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
