This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee and enhance revenue within a designated portfolio of independent Canon dealers.
• Conduct regular in-field visits (3–4 days per week) to strengthen partnerships and boost sales activity.
• Spearhead collaborative sales initiatives on significant deals and major account opportunities; engage in end-user sales discussions.
• Conduct strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key dealers, offering performance insights and growth planning.
• Advocate for and support Canon’s complete portfolio: - Hardware: imageFORCE, imageRUNNER ADVANCE, Production, Large Format, imageCLASS, Printers, Scanners - Software: uniFLOW, Therefore, PRISMA - Programs: Canon Financial Services, CSMP, Canon Academy Training.
• Work collaboratively with Solutions Analysts, LFS Specialists, and Marketing to optimize territory performance.
• Identify and connect with potential new dealers to broaden Canon's market presence.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and dealer feedback to internal teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree combined with at least three to five years of relevant experience in a sales and/or marketing role within industry-specific products.
• Sales or sales support experience in the copier industry (or) professional sales experience in a similar technical field is required.
• Familiarity with, or the ability to acquire, technical product knowledge and workflow understanding to assist the Dealer Sales Channel and End User Customers with detailed analyses and recommended Canon hardware and software solutions.
• Travel: Expected travel is 3–4 business days, 2–3 times per month, with a minimum of three dealer visits per week.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing quotas and driving growth in complex sales environments.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, with the capability to influence dealer and customer decision-makers.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives at both dealer and end-user accounts, presenting Sales Strategies, ROI Discussions, and Technical Workflow analyses.
• Must be able to accommodate up to 75% overnight travel.
• System Integration/Distribution sales experience is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce.com is preferred.
