Account Executive, CPQ Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Broaden the Configure One customer portfolio

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships

• Propel renewals, expansions, and upselling initiatives

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in maximizing the value of their investments

• Focus on existing clients for upsell opportunities and new leads through self-sourcing and marketing-qualified efforts

• Execute discovery and qualification processes

• Provide customized business value presentations utilizing analytics and AI-driven insights

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams

• Conduct both virtual and on-site product demonstrations

• Showcase Configure One’s value proposition to executives and various stakeholders

• Maintain precise sales forecasts and uphold pipeline discipline using CRM and AI-enhanced forecasting tools

• Reduce churn risks through data-informed and AI-guided strategies

• Track customer health and reinforce value realization

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Over 3 years of experience managing intricate SaaS accounts

• Proven success in renewal and expansion sales

• Experience with CPQ or ERP-related solutions is preferred

• Documented history of implementing customer growth strategies within engineering, operations, and IT sectors

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Capacity to influence a range of stakeholders and executive decision-makers

• Proficient in utilizing AI-enhanced sales platforms, analytics tools, and data insights

• Eligible candidates must complete a 30-minute online assessment

• Standard working hours for employees in the United States are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET)
