This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects to finalizing deals, which includes onboarding and ensuring initial customer success.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of Airwallex’s platform and technical offerings, particularly in areas such as payment acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, or spend management, to effectively support SME and Growth clients across sectors like ecommerce, SaaS, technology, and professional services.
• Surpass revenue objectives by strategically positioning our suite of financial technology solutions.
• Perform technical and commercial consultations to ascertain client requirements and suggest customized solutions.
• Work in conjunction with legal, finance, and strategy teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and commercial contracts.
• Aid in refining sales processes to boost efficiency and scalability, including the development of new verticals and the enhancement of our sales approach.
• Establish a benchmark for excellence within our sales team through outstanding performance, documentation of best practices, and collaborative teamwork.
• At least 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or related technologies, with a proven ability to sell to small businesses.
• A history of consistently exceeding sales goals in a technical or solution-oriented sales environment.
• Experience selling to one or more of the following sectors: ecommerce, SaaS/subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology-enabled/professional services industries.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate pipeline and engage in outbound sales efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
