This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +2 more countries.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and finalizing deals.
• Comprehend customer challenges related to Kubernetes operations, platform engineering, multi-cloud, and on-prem automation, and align Kubermatic’s solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to conduct demonstrations, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Create account strategies, stakeholder maps, and detailed action plans for significant opportunities.
• Work in partnership with cloud providers, managed service providers, and system integrators to foster joint opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasts, maintain pipeline hygiene, and track activities within the CRM system.
• Act as Kubermatic’s representative at industry events, conferences, and community activities across the Benelux region.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the roadmap based on customer requirements.
• Background in enterprise or solution sales within the Belgian, Dutch, or Luxembourg markets, preferably in cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or open-source technologies.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas in a dynamic environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary cloud-native concepts, including Kubernetes, containers, DevOps, GitOps, and automation.
• Ability to navigate intricate technical landscapes and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering and technical teams in a consultative sales approach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of converting technical value into business results.
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and comfort in working within a distributed, international team.
• Residing in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg with the ability to work without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
