Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant for HR professionals and channel partners by offering innovative solutions for managing leaves.

• Inform them about how Sparrow’s solution addresses their pain points, needs, and challenges.

• Generate revenue by mastering our value presentation and providing a comprehensive product demonstration that illustrates how we assist employers and employees in navigating the complexities of leave administration.

• Consistently close business deals and meet quota targets.

• Represent our customers by relaying feedback to our cross-functional teams, enabling us to enhance our product and offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven history of consistently surpassing quarterly and annual sales objectives.

• Experience selling to HR professionals, collaborating with brokers to generate referral business, and managing complex deal cycles is a plus.

• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and receptive to feedback in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with high-performance expectations while working collaboratively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• A clear and empathetic communicator who excels at balancing rapport with problem-solving. You effectively communicate through email, chat, and phone while demonstrating active listening skills and strong follow-through with time management prioritization.
