This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate new bookings, renewals, and revenue growth within the designated territory and portfolio.
• Manage and oversee school district accounts to guarantee satisfaction, retention, and development.
• Engage new district partners and stakeholders through outbound prospecting, referrals, introductions, and incoming inquiries.
• Direct the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to discovery, consultative selling, presentations, proposals, pricing, objection handling, and contract execution.
• Create tailored solutions for challenges in district special education and mental health service delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for district stakeholders.
• Ensure effective onboarding and implementation for both new and returning customers.
• Handle escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to district leadership and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and other internal teams.
• Uphold sales-process discipline, operational tools, and reporting requirements.
• Keep Salesforce records and forecasts updated, including activity, pipeline stages, decision-makers, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor metrics for renewal, satisfaction, activity, pipeline, acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Stay updated on K-12 trends, funding changes, and the competitive landscape.
• Report to the Regional Sales Director - West.
• 3–5+ years of sales experience with quota responsibility.
• K-12 experience is essential, with at least 1+ year of selling into school districts/education systems and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles to secure high-value contracts.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership on customer-facing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to grow new and existing accounts, secure new business logos, renewals, upsells, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Proactive in pipeline-building and outbound sales efforts.
• Full accountability for KPIs, territory planning, and effective time management.
• Proficient negotiation skills, adept at objection handling, and decisive in closing deals.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in emails, calls, onsite meetings, and executive briefings.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, results-driven environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and familiar with modern sales technology.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Experience in Edtech is advantageous, but not mandatory.
