This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
• Identify specific commercial and/or governmental physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical facilities, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Market and sell the Company’s products and tissues to both existing customers and potential prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives.
• Recognize, define, and pursue market opportunities.
• Execute marketing strategies and formulate effective sales plans.
• Attain balanced revenue growth across customer accounts and various sales channels.
• Conduct presentations to large groups and individuals regarding company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve customer reimbursement issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the reimbursement team to assist prescribing physicians and billing departments.
• Provide timely reporting and tracking of sales activities along with territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry activities, updates, and local market conditions.
• Utilize scientific medical research to inform customers and prospects about product characteristics, results, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement territory plans to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue and sales objectives.
• Conduct work at customer/clinical sites and/or from a home office.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• BS/BA in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related area with 1-3 years of progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• OR MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in fast-growing organizations and building relationships that facilitated the organization's expansion.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to interact with all levels of management and clientele.
• Ability to persuade others with tenacity and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving expertise.
• Ability to assess markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven track record of sales achievements and accolades.
• Successful history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Capability to cultivate a moderate-sized network of healthcare-provider relationships.
• Current vaccinations are required for customer-site credentialing and registration systems.
• Regular local and/or long-distance travel within the designated territory.
