This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Create and implement detailed territory business strategies focused on acquiring and retaining accounts.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets through pipeline development, new account acquisition, retention, and account growth.
• Oversee current accounts to guarantee utilization, compliance, retention, and growth.
• Implement account remediation strategies when performance indicators are not met.
• Establish networks with business and clinical advocates.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and leverage data analytics to showcase achievements and identify areas for improvement.
• Formulate expansion strategies complete with success criteria, onboarding processes, training, and business reviews.
• Assist with renewals and contract extensions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customer contracting teams.
• Apply top-down and bottom-up sales approaches across hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage pipeline development, and meet revenue projections.
• Create customized evaluation plans for new accounts.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with potential clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the blood culture collection market and Magnolia Medical’s Steripath® ISDD® platform along with other solutions.
• Lead cross-departmental and multi-level stakeholder meetings throughout the sales process.
• Represent Magnolia Medical at conferences, networking events, and national meetings.
• Keep CRM updated, document sales activities, track pipeline progress, forecast, manage expenses, report, and handle administrative tasks.
• Gather and analyze account data to propose business initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• More than 7 years of demonstrated success in field sales and account management within the medical device sector.
• Proven experience in acquiring new business and retaining accounts.
• Consistently surpassed revenue targets, account growth metrics, and customer retention goals.
• Experience collaborating with ED, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Clinical Value Analysis, Supply Chain, and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation abilities for new and renewal contracts.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills for effectively conveying clinical and financial information.
• Proficient to expert in Salesforce.com, Tableau, MS Office Suite, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Capable of working with urgency, accountability, and a focus on results.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds; occasional full mobility required for reaching, bending, kneeling, stretching, or lifting beyond regular amounts.
