This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct demonstrations of RTA Fleet Management Software for government agencies, waste management, educational institutions, transit systems, transportation services, and various other fleets.
• Assist potential clients in understanding how RTA can enhance their operational efficiency.
• Manage sales opportunities through the entire process and successfully close deals.
• Smoothly transition prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with customers during their first 13 months to facilitate upgrades and growth, ensuring a successful initial year and setting the stage for renewal.
• Analyze best practices, review demos for coaching purposes, and strive for ongoing improvement in sales skills.
• Reconnect with previous leads and opportunities to supplement scheduled demonstrations.
• Employ social selling and account-based management strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
• Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Seamless.ai, and other resources provided by RTA to cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct approximately 75% of scheduled demonstrations and 25% of outbound activities.
• Meet a monthly target of $60K in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Minimum of two years of experience in fleet, government, or FMIS sales—preferably more extensive experience.
• Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive.
• Proficient in selling, cold calling, composing emails, using LinkedIn, and leveraging account-based marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with fleet operations and the ability to communicate fluently in industry-specific terms.
• Capacity to hold oneself and others accountable while demonstrating emotional intelligence and humility.
• Aptitude for collaborating with the sales team and gaining consensus.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive mindset.
• Willingness to assist with physical tasks such as lifting boxes, cleaning floors, and holding doors when necessary.
• Enthusiasm for reading, learning, personal growth, and pushing one’s own limits.
• Capability to proactively own sales targets and create opportunities.
• Openness to receiving coaching and striving for continuous improvement.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Competency to work at a computer for long durations.
• Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; RTA cannot accommodate student visas or provide employment sponsorship.
