This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and a key strategic partner.
• Lead diverse teams across media, analytics, strategy, creative, web development, finance, and project management.
• Manage integrated campaign strategies and their execution from initial briefs and planning to performance evaluation and optimization.
• Set goals, budgets, KPIs, and priorities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Gain insights into clients’ businesses, industries, competitive environments, and growth prospects.
• Spot opportunities to extend agency services and collaborate with agency experts to develop solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations on performance, creative, strategic, and financial recommendations.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client goals.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and overall client satisfaction.
• Facilitate smooth execution across media, analytics, strategy, creative, and other agency functions.
• Identify dependencies and potential issues, resolving them proactively to prevent client-facing problems.
• Assess campaign performance, extract insights, and inform testing and optimization strategies.
• Create testing roadmaps for creative, audience targeting, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with channel leads on reporting, insights, and suggested next steps.
• Integrate channel-specific insights into comprehensive, client-ready recommendations.
• Partner with senior leadership to tackle performance, financial, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor account profitability and scope management while assisting with budget and SOW discussions.
• Mentor, coach, and develop members of the Client Services team.
• Promote collaboration, cross-functional relationships, efficient workflows, and a culture of accountability within the team.
• Over 8 years of experience in an advertising agency, ideally in media and/or creative sectors.
• 1 to 3+ years of management or mentorship experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading integrated, cross-channel strategies and cultivating strong client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of full-funnel media, performance marketing, and relevant KPIs.
• Experience with various digital media formats, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Video, Programmatic, and CTV.
• Background in traditional media, such as Linear, Audio, and OOH.
• Familiarity with DTC brands and leading strategic creative initiatives.
• Capable of creating pivot tables and performing sales and performance data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and provide client support beyond regular business hours when necessary.
• Experience or residence in the Chicago area is a plus.
• Background in website strategy and development management is advantageous.
