Account Coordinator – Post Repo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to ensure compliance with the company's service level agreements.

• Assist with inbound inquiries from both internal and external customers.

• Make outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors as needed.

• Collaborate with various departments to achieve customer service objectives.

• Gather and deliver clear, precise, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and procedures.

• Deliver outstanding customer support while fostering strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or the automotive industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Capability to effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting all internal and external deadlines.

• Proficiency in computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

• Familiarity with web technology is a plus.

• Additional experience in finance or the automotive sector is also advantageous.

• Availability Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
