This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the ABM program, which includes account tiering, 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many strategies.
• Create an operational rhythm that ensures Sales and Marketing align on the same account list.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to determine target accounts for new logos and expansion opportunities.
• Regularly assess and update the target account list utilizing data insights.
• Craft account strategies utilizing personalized demo experiences, customized URLs, and tailored product content.
• Coordinate multi-threading efforts into buying groups.
• Identify absent stakeholders and implement strategies to engage them.
• Team up with Product Marketing to define key personas and engagement tactics.
• Integrate intent data, product engagement, and web de-anonymization signals to create prioritized action plans for SDRs and AEs.
• Collaborate with SDR, AE, and RevOps leadership to develop shared account strategies, follow-up SLAs, and performance feedback mechanisms.
• Assist in expansion initiatives within the existing customer base alongside Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Work with Brand, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to tailor messaging specific to account, industry, and persona.
• Oversee the ABM technology stack in collaboration with RevOps.
• Monitor account engagement, meetings, pipeline, and win rates.
• Evaluate success based on engagement with Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, target account meetings and opportunities, ABM pipeline and win-rate improvements, buying group coverage, expansion pipeline, and Sales adoption.
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing account-based marketing programs, preferably for enterprise or strategic segments.
• Practical experience with the ABM and signal stack, including intent, de-anonymization, orchestration, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Proficient in utilizing ABM and signal-stack tools independently.
• Experience in account planning meetings and measuring marketing impact based on closed business.
• Background in selling to pre-sales, revenue, or marketing leaders is preferred.
• Proficient use of AI for account research, large-scale personalization, and analysis.
• Capability to establish targets and assess results transparently.
• Excellent writing and account personalization abilities.
• Resourceful and inventive approach to establishing a new program.
• Strong skills in cross-functional partnership and collaboration.
• Possess a good sense of humor.
