Accident and Health Claims Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and research on claim issues that range from moderate to complex in nature.

• Understand intricate workflows, policy certificates, and policy provisions.

• Review and implement policy provisions while processing incoming claims.

• Request and secure necessary documentation for claim processing, along with scheduling follow-ups for documentation.

• Accurately release benefit payments in alignment with CBP policy, industry standards, and relevant TPA or SLA agreements.

• Thoroughly document required information and follow-up details in the claims system.

• Handle inbound calls within assigned queues and/or provide overflow support for the CSR team.

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• Capability to work independently within set guidelines.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
