This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Perform intake evaluations and initiate medication-assisted treatment (MAT), primarily utilizing buprenorphine-based therapies.
β’ Provide care through telemedicine across various markets.
β’ Offer intensive support to patients during the first four weeks to ensure safe and effective treatment initiation.
β’ Work collaboratively with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to facilitate patient transitions into ongoing care.
β’ Supply clinical coverage and assistance across provider teams as necessary.
β’ Participate in the development of new care models and service lines.
β’ MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with a valid, unrestricted license.
β’ Experience in treating opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine; over 1 year preferred.
β’ Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine.
β’ Comfort with telemedicine and technology-driven care delivery.
β’ Dedication to compassionate, recovery-focused, patient-centered care.
β’ Willingness to acquire additional state licenses, supported by Groups.
β’ Availability for part-time employment, 20β25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
β’ Provide care flexibly through telemedicine.
β’ Strong support in clinical and operational areas.
β’ Assistance in obtaining additional state licenses provided by Groups.
