Access Provider – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform intake evaluations and initiate medication-assisted treatment (MAT), primarily utilizing buprenorphine-based therapies.

• Provide care through telemedicine across various markets.

• Offer intensive support to patients during the first four weeks to ensure safe and effective treatment initiation.

• Work collaboratively with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to facilitate patient transitions into ongoing care.

• Supply clinical coverage and assistance across provider teams as necessary.

• Participate in the development of new care models and service lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with a valid, unrestricted license.

• Experience in treating opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine; over 1 year preferred.

• Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine.

• Comfort with telemedicine and technology-driven care delivery.

• Dedication to compassionate, recovery-focused, patient-centered care.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses, supported by Groups.

• Availability for part-time employment, 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
