Academic Program Lead, AI Fellowship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the fellowship syllabus, which encompasses learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, and module integration.

• Supervise the creation of slides, exercises, projects, and supplementary learning materials.

• Ensure the curriculum remains aligned with current AI industry practices, technological advancements, and hiring trends.

• Establish and uphold quality standards for all learning materials and program experiences.

• Analyze learner outcomes and feedback on delivery to continually enhance the curriculum.

• Recruit instructors from Anyone AI’s network.

• Conduct interviews and assess instructor candidates.

• Prepare and align instructors to ensure consistent classroom delivery.

• Serve as the internal resource for high-quality AI education.

• Collaborate with program operations to guarantee that logistics and delivery choices enhance the learning experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD in a technical area such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related STEM field, or equivalent deep technical expertise in AI.

• Proven experience in designing or managing technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships, intensive programs, universities, corporate academies, or similar environments.

• Teaching experience in university courses, fellowships, bootcamps, corporate academies, or comparable settings, including lecturing, facilitating, or leading technical cohorts.

• Practical AI/ML experience in industry or applied research.

• Background in interviewing or assessing technical instructors, experts, or educators.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI/ML, ideally in the industry.

• Strong teaching and content development skills, with the ability to create clear slides, rigorous exercises, and substantial technical projects.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid iteration and a high level of ambiguity.
