This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, develop, and execute tailored ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.
• Provide individual and group learning experiences to support clients in reaching their treatment goals and objectives.
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Interventionists in the application of treatment plans.
• Regularly assess client progress and goals.
• Conduct evaluations, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-III.
• Identify target behaviors and set treatment goals under the guidance of a BCBA or Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
• Create and manage behavioral intervention plans that foster adaptive skills and functional communication.
• Assist clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Demonstrate and teach intervention strategies to parents, caregivers, and support personnel.
• Analyze data, assess progress, and generate written reports.
• Cultivate supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff members.
• Oversee ABA session schedules, including necessary adjustments and cancellations.
• Conduct regular meetings with families and caregivers in their homes to review progress and enhance intervention strategies.
• Primarily work with children and adolescents up to 18 years old.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in behavior modification intervention services or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or a related discipline.
• Availability for a consistent schedule, including afternoons/evenings and some weekend/morning hours.
• Capability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance.
• Ability to obtain a physical examination from the past year and a TB test from the past 90 days.
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license if working in-person.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Willingness and capacity to travel.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• RBT certification is advantageous.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
