This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Establish a behavioral therapy practice in collaboration with Finni Health.
• Work alongside the team to create guidelines, handbooks, and processes for the practice.
• Liaise with the team regarding billing, insurance, payor requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Provide both field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Assess treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.
• Perform functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including training and in-service programs.
• Offer client-specific intervention training for staff and parents.
• Ensure that treatment methodologies are grounded in evidence and reflect the latest research.
• Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback on ABA intervention implementation.
• Collaborate with families to formulate behavior support strategies.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Relevant licensure to practice in the state of employment.
• At least three years of experience in ABA.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• BCBA certification is mandatory.
