• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Familiarity with Illustrator, AutoCAD, or 3D Max (preferred)

• Possess a personal laptop and digital tools necessary for this position

• Capability to work autonomously and consistently deliver quality results

• Comprehension of architectural layouts, dimensions, and precision in scale

• Skill in converting technical drawings into client-friendly visuals that are easy to understand

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture libraries for realistic presentations
