2D Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design storefront artwork, promotional graphics, in-app banners, and visuals used within virtual worlds.

• Generate thumbnails for store listings.

• Create store bundle graphics that illustrate included items in smaller sizes.

• Develop thematic bundles, background images, bundle icons, and mobile adaptations.

• Produce graphics for social media posts and announcements.

• Design blog headers.

• Create static video graphics, including title cards, overlays, and closing screens.

• Deliver assets for Steam, Meta, and other platforms according to required dimensions and specifications.

• Design event and promotional banners for the homeworld environment.

• Create graphics for notifications.

• Ensure assets are visually effective at in-app sizes and complement the surrounding user interface.

• Produce signage, posters, textures, and various 2D art for use within worlds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D work, preferably including marketing graphics and UI or storefront elements.

• Experience in designing for compact sizes and various formats, such as icons, thumbnails, and mobile layouts.

• Ability to work within an established brand while infusing each piece with its unique character.

• Familiarity with exporting to platform specifications for stores and social media channels.

• Strong communication skills, with comfort in handling rapid feedback cycles and shifting priorities.

• Organized file management: consistent naming conventions and structured, layered source files.

• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other relevant tools.
