1 on 1 Math Tutor, Grades 1-4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct personalized online math lessons for students in Grades 1-4 throughout North America, adhering to the CCSS framework.

• Instruct in English utilizing interactive and student-focused techniques.

• Develop lesson materials tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.

• Offer prompt feedback and focused guidance.

• Modify communication styles to maintain engagement and motivation among lower elementary students.

• Assist with project testing and contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in Math, Education, or related disciplines are preferred.

• Prior teaching experience or possession of a valid teaching certificate is strongly preferred.

• Must be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
