This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs).
• Implement sales strategies to promote growth and enhance profitability.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams through ride-alongs, training sessions, and performance development initiatives.
• Foster customer relationships and contribute to the success of growers.
• Oversee forecasting, CRM reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment of business strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the agriculture sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• CCA certification is preferred.
