Director – Analytics Consulting

• We are in search of an individual with a robust combination of business consulting skills and data analytics knowledge, capable of bridging the gap between analytics strategy and quantifiable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, prioritize, and implement analytics programs that yield operational and commercial benefits.

• **Responsibilities:**

• - Leverage the latest data science applications to address intricate business challenges.

• - Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to convert business issues into high-level analytics solution frameworks and business transformation projects.

• - Present analytical solutions to business audiences, emphasizing the strength of the solution and its potential business implications.

• - Oversee the complete delivery of analytics programs, working alongside client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally distributed teams.

• - Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

• - Promote cross-functional integration by aligning data flows, KPIs, and business processes across departments to facilitate unified reporting and enterprise-wide analytics adoption.

• - Lead workshops on use-case prioritization with business and technology stakeholders, and develop analytics roadmaps that align with strategic goals and resource limitations.

• - Establish value frameworks, baseline metrics, and ROI measurement methods to quantify business impact and communicate the value delivered by analytics initiatives.

• - Act as a trusted advisor to executive and VP-level stakeholders, promoting alignment, change management, and the adoption of analytics-driven decision-making.

• - Implement governance structures and performance dashboards to monitor program health, business outcomes, and realized value.

• - Engage in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytical techniques, generating actionable business insights.

• - Responsible for delivering presentations to senior management, conveying results to business teams, and formulating plans to operationalize analytics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• - 15–18 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 12 years focused on data analytics, analytics consulting, or business transformation initiatives.

• - Capability to engage effectively with executive and VP-level stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics and transformation roadmaps.

• - Strong skills in consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.

• - Proven experience in program delivery, use-case prioritization, process enhancement, and analytics roadmap development.

• - Excellent project management and team leadership abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with global teams.

• - Proficient in quantifying business impact and narrating ROI through executive-level storytelling and business cases.

• - Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.

• - Strong SQL proficiency along with hands-on experience using analytical tools such as R and Python, as well as visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.

• - Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems including Hadoop HDFS and Hive is advantageous.

• - Ability to collaborate closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytical outputs into business processes and operational workflows.

• - Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
