This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and take charge of the long-term product strategy for analytics product lines.
• Oversee SKU rationalization, product composition, and pricing strategies throughout the portfolio.
• Create and manage a product roadmap with clear prioritization and necessary stakeholder approvals.
• Perform competitive analysis and develop cross-block (X-block) positioning against major competitors.
• Direct go-to-market (GTM) planning, including launch strategies, sales enablement, and market entry for new states and international regions.
• Design and maintain sales tools such as pitch decks, digital sales rooms, and decision trees.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Consulting teams to enhance pipeline growth and conversion rates.
• Analyze GovSpend data, expiring contracts, and closed-lost opportunities to pinpoint growth prospects.
• Lead and facilitate meetings for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), set agendas, track action items, and ensure accountability.
• Work together with Professional Services on implementation scoping, customer onboarding, and deployment standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with Support and Technical teams to enhance the customer experience post-sale and improve adoption rates.
• Coordinate the strategy and engagement for international channel partners.
• Conduct quantitative analyses on customer performance, attrition, and expansions.
• Develop and maintain Excel models to support business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Create acquisition target lists and pipeline reports to guide sales strategies.
• Present strategic updates and reviews of critical initiatives to the executive leadership team.
• Produce clear and concise documentation, including transition plans, strategy presentations, and roadmap materials.
• Act as a vital link between product, sales, and services leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a background in data modeling, pipeline analysis, and competitive research.
• Experience in K–12 education technology or public sector software is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams at the same time.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
