Delivery Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the successful execution and expansion of current client partnerships.

• Responsible for all aspects of existing accounts to foster growth and guarantee the effective delivery of all client projects.

• Accountable for quality of delivery, adherence to budget, and successful achievement of customer business objectives and goals.

• Own the revenue growth targets for established accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships.

• Ensure that the appropriate team is selected, onboarded, and effective in all engagements.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless and successful operations across the organization in relation to delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing enterprise engagements.

• Over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 10 years within a services delivery organization.

• Experience with professional services companies, such as agencies or consulting firms.

• Background in eCommerce or Digital Services.

• Proven experience in managing and expanding a business portfolio.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent leadership and management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically in a problem-solving context.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
