Director – Physician Enterprise Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively within a team of highly skilled Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare.

• Execute billable work for clients.

• Provide direction by driving engagement outcomes and managing client relationships.

• Oversee the creation of client deliverables and solutions.

• Mentor, supervise, and develop staff members.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across various levels of client organizations.

• Engage in and lead internal initiatives, including practice development.

• Achieve utilization targets for client billable projects.

• Generate billing revenue by leading engagements and ensuring project profitability.

• Participate in identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

• Recognize opportunities for additional sales and communicate these to engagement leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

• Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.

• Proficient in overseeing and assuring the quality of analytics while supervising the delivery of client deliverables.

• Capable of building relationships with clients and team members effectively.

• Proficient in leading workgroups to achieve successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of knowledge.

• Background in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• RN or other professional license in the clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification is advantageous.
