This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive revenue growth and meet regional sales objectives for the designated territory (Delhi NCR & Haryana).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring exceptional performance and accountability.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to enhance market share and bolster the company’s presence.
• Oversee the entire capital equipment sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, solution selling, tender management, negotiation, and closure.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare administrators, procurement teams, and opinion leaders.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to promote sustainable growth.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates to ensure business visibility and predictability.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and leadership teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to refine the sales strategy.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, tender processes, and regulatory standards.
• 6–10 years of sales experience, ideally in capital equipment, medical devices, or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Strong understanding of tender business, institutional sales, and the government/private hospital ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
