AI Engagement – Partnerships Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, onboard, and support strategic partners, which include resellers, integrators, and technology partners throughout Europe.

• Develop and sustain a robust partner pipeline.

• Ensure that partners possess the necessary resources, guidance, and support to effectively promote and implement the company's solutions.

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships that foster business growth and market expansion.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and any inquiries related to partners.

• Coordinate responses and resolutions across various internal teams.

• Establish strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.

• Gather structured feedback from partners and clients concerning product usage, challenges, requests, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that projects, implementations, and partner initiatives stay on track.

• Maintain and update partner resources, training materials, playbooks, and client-facing documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a SaaS, technology, software, or digital services environment is regarded as advantageous.

• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Commercial awareness coupled with an understanding of how partnerships drive business growth.

• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and effectively communicating feedback across multiple teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage various priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Additional European languages will be viewed as beneficial.

• A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
